We qualify the converter, lock a press-approved color standard and a structural sample, write the spec down to the coating, and inspect against it before shipment — quoted from China and other countries with freight modeled per unit.

SBS and recycled board, offset and flexo, foil, emboss, spot UV, window patching. Shipped flat; the best offshore candidate by freight ratio.
Rigid boxes
Set-up boxes, magnetic closures, drawer and shoulder-neck styles, wrapped in paper, fabric or leatherette. Freight-heavy; a truck-freight origin often wins.
Mailers & e-commerce
Printed corrugated mailers, poly and paper mailers, tissue and void fill. Right-sized for dimensional weight.
Inserts & protective
Molded pulp, EVA and PE foam, thermoformed trays, die-cut corrugated inserts. Drop-test spec defined before tooling.
Labels & flexible
Pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, stand-up pouches, sachets. Substrate and adhesive specified for the application.

Structure
Dieline (revision-controlled), board grade and caliper, flute, grain direction, glue and closure method, and an approved white structural sample. Drop and compression tests where the product needs them.
Print and finish
Press-approved physical color standard, Delta-E tolerance, ink system, coating (aqueous, UV, soft-touch), foil and emboss references, and a signed press proof.
Packing and compliance
Count per bundle and carton, palletization, humidity and warehousing rules, FSC or recycled-content certificates, food-contact declarations where applicable, and the UFLPA traceability file for pulp.
Questions we get on this
Is offshore packaging worth it with freight on bulky, low-value cartons?
For folding cartons and mailers shipped flat, usually yes at volume; for rigid boxes and molded inserts, the freight-to-value ratio matters and an origin with truck freight to your dock often wins. Corrugated shippers are almost always better made regionally. The re-quote models freight per unit honestly, and we tell you when domestic wins.
How do you keep print color consistent run to run?
A press-approved color standard (physical drawdown, not a PDF), Delta-E tolerance, specified substrate and coating, and an AQL inspection that includes color against the retained standard. The tenth run is checked against the first, not against the ninth.
Can you source packaging with our product so it ships together?
Yes. Where we manage the product too, packaging is sourced and delivered to the product factory for packing at origin, with the packing spec inspected at pre-shipment. Where you make the product, packaging ships to your facility or co-packer.
What sustainability claims can you document?
FSC chain-of-custody, recycled content percentages with mill certificates, compostability certifications (BPI, TÜV) where the material has them, and plastic-free constructions. Claims are only put on the box when the certificate exists.
