What we collect
When you submit the re-quote form, we receive the information you type: your name, company, work email, product category, SKU descriptions, approximate volume, current origin, and any notes. The form is delivered to us by email. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this site.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare a re-quote, and communicate with you about it. Drawings and specifications you later share are used only to obtain quotes from factories that have signed a non-disclosure, non-use, non-circumvention agreement with us, and are not shared otherwise.
Who else sees it
Our email provider and hosting provider process the data as part of delivering the site and our email. Factories see only what is necessary to quote, under NNN. We do not sell or rent your information.
Retention and your rights
We keep re-quote submissions for as long as we are in a business relationship with you or actively responding to your request, and delete them on request. Email hello@directlinepartners.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
