Custom components for OEMs, quoted from China and other countries.
You send drawings and annual volumes. We return DFM feedback, multi-origin quotes from named and audited factories, and a first-article plan. Tooling stays in your name, and one person answers your email in your time zone.
Custom metal parts, plastic parts, and the assemblies built from them.
Every capability below is quoted from China and other countries, with the tariff stack applied per HTS code. Where the metal content makes Section 232 the deciding factor, the re-quote says so.
CNC machining
Milled and turned parts in aluminum, steel, stainless, brass and engineering plastics. Tolerances to ±0.01 mm; anodize, plate, passivate, powder coat.
Injection molding
Tooling you own, from prototype aluminum to hardened multi-cavity steel. Insert and overmolding, 2-shot, UV-stable and glass-filled resins.
Sheet metal & stamping
Laser cut, formed, welded and finished assemblies; progressive-die stampings; enclosures and brackets. Section 232 modeled up front.
Die casting
Aluminum and zinc high-pressure die castings with secondary machining and finishing. Porosity and cosmetic standards defined before the tool is cut.
Wire harnesses & cable assemblies
Custom harnesses, overmolded cables and connector assemblies built to your pin-out and test spec, with 100% continuity testing.
Custom fasteners & hardware
Cold-headed and machined fasteners, standoffs, inserts and specials to print, with plating and PPAP-style documentation on request.
Rubber, gaskets & seals
Molded and extruded rubber, die-cut gaskets, silicone keypads and seals in the compounds your application calls for.
PCB assemblies
SMT and through-hole assemblies, box builds and test fixtures through IPC-A-610-qualified partners. BOM management and component traceability.
What an OEM gets that an Amazon-seller sourcing agent never provides.
DFM review in writing
Before quoting, the factory's engineers and ours review the drawing for moldability, machinability, tolerance stack-up and finish. Suggested changes come back to you as a marked-up drawing. Nothing is changed silently.
Tooling ownership letter
Molds, dies, fixtures and gauges are titled to you in the supply agreement, with serial numbers and photos, and a transfer procedure if you ever move the work.
First-article inspection
Ballooned drawing, full dimensional report, material certs, photos. You approve the FAI before production quantities are made — and the approved sample is retained in three places.
In-process and AQL inspection
A check at 20–30% of the run, then statistical sampling of finished goods before loading (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4). You read the report before you release the shipment.
NNN before any drawing moves
Non-disclosure, non-use, non-circumvention agreements executed in the factory's jurisdiction and language. Sensitive assemblies can be split across suppliers.
Second source by design
Most OEM programs start as a second source alongside your existing supplier. You keep the incumbent until the new source has shipped twice on time and in spec.
Sixteen weeks from re-quote to a pilot order, gated by documents.
3–12 part numbers · $100k–$2M annual FOB · engineering-owned specs.
Re-quote
Send your top five SKUs with drawings or specs and your current landed cost. We quote each from China and other countries.
Qualify
On-site factory audit, capacity check, NNN agreement executed, compliance and certification map per SKU.
Sample & first article
Golden sample or first-article inspection against your drawing. DFM changes proposed in writing, never made silently.
Pilot order
First production run with an in-process check and an AQL pre-shipment inspection. You release the shipment after reading the report.
Scale & manage
Reorders, a qualified second source, and a quarterly origin review as tariffs move. One person answers your email, in your time zone.
Questions we get on this
Can you work from our drawings, or do you need a spec sheet?
Drawings. Send STEP or native CAD plus a 2D with tolerances and material callouts, and we quote from that. If tolerances are missing we’ll propose them in the DFM review rather than let the factory guess.
What does the first-article inspection actually include?
A ballooned drawing, a dimensional report against every callout in AS9102-style format, material certs where specified, and photos. For molded parts we add cavity-by-cavity data. You approve the FAI before any production quantity is made.
How do you handle engineering changes after the pilot?
Through a written ECO: revised drawing, impact on tooling and price quoted back within five business days, and a new FAI on the changed features. Nothing changes on the shop floor without a signed revision.
What annual volume makes a custom part worth moving offshore?
It depends more on complexity and tooling than on quantity. Roughly: molded and cast parts above 10,000 units a year, machined parts above 2,000, stampings above 25,000. Below that, the tooling and inspection cost often eats the saving, and the re-quote will say so.
Send us your top five SKUs. Get every viable origin back.
No commitment. In ten business days you’ll have a landed-cost comparison you can put in front of your CFO, with named factories behind every number.
