Private label pet products with a qualified second source before show season.
Pet brands run on repeat SKUs, retailer compliance guides, and a spring show calendar. We qualify the factory, specify the safety tests your retailer expects, lock the golden sample, and inspect every reorder — quoted from China and other countries so a single supplier is never your only option.
What we source for pet brands and distributors.
Toys & chews
Natural and TPR rubber, rope, plush, nylon and interactive toys. Bite, tensile and material-safety tests specified per your retailer guide.
Leashes, collars & harnesses
Nylon webbing, biothane, leather, reflective and padded constructions. Hardware pull-tests and stitch specs written into the spec sheet.
Beds & soft goods
Orthopedic foam, bolster, cave and crate beds; blankets, mats and crate covers. Fabric weight, fill and zipper specs; alternative origins are strong here.
Bowls, feeders & travel
Stainless (Section 232 modeled), ceramic, silicone and melamine bowls; slow feeders; collapsible and travel gear. FDA food-contact documented.
Grooming & health hard goods

Questions we get on this
Do you source pet food, treats or supplements?
No. Food, treats and supplements carry FDA and AAFCO obligations that need a specialized partner. We source the hard goods and soft goods around them — toys, leashes, beds, bowls, grooming, and the packaging for consumables.
What safety standards apply to pet toys and accessories?
There is no single mandatory US standard for pet toys, which is exactly why retailers write their own. We apply your retailer’s compliance guide plus the sensible tests: material safety (Prop 65, phthalates, heavy metals), small-parts and choking-hazard checks, tensile and bite tests for chews and tug toys, and colorfastness for anything a dog will mouth.
Can you get us a second source before show season?
That is the most common first project. From a re-quote in October, a qualified second source can be sampling by December and shipping a pilot by February — in time for Global Pet Expo in March. Start earlier for anything with custom tooling.
Which origin wins for pet products?
Soft goods and textiles: a 12.5% origin with deep textile capacity usually lands below China. Molded rubber and plastic toys: China and a 12.5% origin both quote well, and the Section 301 gap often tips it. Stainless bowls: Section 232 applies from every origin, so freight and MOQ decide. Leather and nylon leashes and harnesses: every origin quotes competitively. The re-quote runs each SKU.
